Fill an opening, right through Muse.

A cancellation means remembering who might want it and texting them one at a time — or it did. Tell Rebook about the opening, and it matches your own waitlist by what people actually said they wanted, then drafts the outreach. No CRM required.

How it works

01

Build your waitlist as people ask

02

Log the opening when it happens

03

Rebook drafts who to text

Try asking

You tell Muse: “Add Jamie to the waitlist — looking for a haircut, any Tuesday afternoon works.”

Muse replies confirming Jamie's on the list, with their note saved exactly as you gave it.

You tell Muse: “I had a 2pm cancellation Tuesday — it was a haircut.”

Muse replies with a match and the reason: “Jamie mentions both 'haircut' and Tuesday in their waitlist note” — a draft message ready to send, or an honest “no match” if no one's note lines up.

You tell Muse: “Jamie took it.”

Muse replies confirming the opening is marked filled, in your own words — Rebook never assumes who filled it.

What it uses

  • A sign-in ID. Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email — no password to set or remember. Rebook itself never stores your email address.

  • Logged openings: the service, date/time, and optionally why it opened up.

  • Your waitlist: each contact's name, what they said they're interested in (in their own words), and contact info you choose to give.

Nothing else: no CRM or booking-system connection, no payment processing, no data shared between owners.

What it won't do

  • Rebook never contacts anyone itself. Every draft is handed to you to send — it has no messaging capability of its own.

  • Matching is literal, not inferred. A waitlist contact matches an opening only if their own stated interest note mentions the service or day — a visible, auditable rule. A true "no match" is always shown, never glossed over.

  • It doesn't integrate with Open Slot or any booking system — you log an opening by telling Rebook directly.

  • It shares nothing with advertisers.
