Terms of Service — Rebook

By using Rebook (the "Service"), whether directly or through Meta's Muse, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

Rebook lets a business owner log an opening and match it against their own waitlist by literal keyword, then drafts outreach for the owner to send. It's a matching and drafting tool — it never contacts anyone itself.

What the Service is not

  • Not a messaging service. Rebook has no capability to contact anyone. Every draft is yours to review and send through your own channel.

  • Not a guarantee of a fill. A match or a drafted message does not guarantee a waitlist contact responds or takes the opening.

  • Not a CRM or booking system. Rebook does not integrate with Open Slot or any other booking system — you log an opening by telling Rebook directly.

  • Not a relevance or ranking engine. Matching is a literal keyword rule you can audit, not a ranked or inferred recommendation.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

  • You may only use the Service for your own business or one you're authorized to represent, and you're responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the waitlist contact information you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to access another user's data or account.

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

  • Use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond normal use through Muse or the Service's own interface.

  • Add a waitlist contact's information without a lawful basis to do so.

Fees

The Service is free. If we introduce a paid tier in the future, we'll clearly disclose pricing before you're charged, and any billing will happen through Ava Research LLC's own site, never through Meta.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service runs on scale-to-zero infrastructure, so the first call after a period of inactivity may take longer to respond. We may perform maintenance, and rarely, the Service may be unavailable without advance notice.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, misuse, or abuse of the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ava Research LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to an unfilled opening, a missed match, or a message you chose to send. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
