Turn your business into something people can book, right through Muse.

Set up your services and hours once. Customers ask Muse for a time, and nothing's on the books until you approve it.

How it works

01

Tell Muse what you offer

02

Customers ask Muse for a time

03

You approve in chat

Try asking

You tell Muse: “I cut hair Tuesday through Saturday, 9 to 5. Cuts take 30 minutes, color takes two hours.”

Muse replies with your hours and services written back in plain language, so you can correct anything before it's saved.

A customer asks Muse: “Can I get a haircut with Demo Barbershop this week?”

Muse replies with open times. The customer picks one, and it's requested — held for them, but not confirmed until you say so.

You ask Muse: “What needs my attention?”

Muse replies with your pending requests. Say “approve” and it's confirmed — say “decline” and that time opens back up.

What it uses

  • A sign-in ID, for both business owners and customers. Sign-in is a one-time code sent to your email — no password to set or remember. Open Slot itself never stores your email address.

  • If you're a business owner: your business name, time zone, weekly hours, services, and cancellation policy.

  • If you're a customer: the service and time you request, and contact details so the business can reach you about that one booking.

  • Business data and customer data are kept in structurally separate systems — a business's own hours and services are never stored alongside anyone's contact information.

Nothing else: no payment details, no prices beyond what a business chooses to list, no location, no photos or health information.

What it won't do

  • There's no payment step in this version — arrange that directly with the business.

  • It never books anything without the owner's explicit approval. No auto-approve, ever.

  • It doesn't send push notifications. Reminders and updates show up when you or Muse check — same as asking any other time.

  • It shares nothing with advertisers.
