Terms of Service — Reply

By using Reply (the "Service"), whether directly or through Meta's Muse, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

Reply drafts a professional response to a pasted customer review, in the owner's own stored voice. It's a drafting tool — it never posts anything to any platform.

What the Service is not

  • Not a posting or publishing tool. Reply has no integration with any review platform and never will. You post every response yourself, outside the Service.

  • Not a liability admission on your behalf. A drafted response never admits fault beyond what you asked for, never offers a refund, and never makes a promise only you can make.

  • Not a guarantee of outcome. A posted response does not guarantee an improved rating, a retained customer, or a resolved complaint.

  • Not a reputation-management or social-media platform. Reply has no integration with any review platform or social-media-management tool.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

  • You may only use the Service for your own business or one you're authorized to represent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to access another user's data or account.

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

  • Use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond normal use through Muse or the Service's own interface.

  • Post a drafted response without reviewing it, or misrepresent a drafted response as something other than your own reply.

Fees

The Service is free. If we introduce a paid tier in the future, we'll clearly disclose pricing before you're charged, and any billing will happen through Ava Research LLC's own site, never through Meta.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service runs on scale-to-zero infrastructure, so the first call after a period of inactivity may take longer to respond. We may perform maintenance, and rarely, the Service may be unavailable without advance notice.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, misuse, or abuse of the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ava Research LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to a response you chose to post, a customer's reaction to it, or a reputational outcome. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
